HBO doubles original programming in Latin America

 

HBO Latin America has announced through a press release the expansion of its original programming in Latin America and Brazil, doubling the number of productions on TV compared to 2015.

 

HBO increased the number of local content to a new level with the production of new seasons and formats in Latin America, along with the expansion of original productions to more markets such as Colombia and Argentina.

 

In Brazil, the channel has announced its new original drama series “A vida secreta dos casais”. This series joins the new seasons of “O Negócio” and “Magnifica 70”. In Mexico, HBO “is producing more than ever.” It has launched the new season of “Mr. Ávila ” and it has developed new stories with “God Inc”. Also, it has entered in the production of new formats with ” Chumel with Chumel Torres, “the first” talk show” of the channel.

 

HBO also expanded its original production to more territories. “Guerras Ajenas” became the channel’s first original production in Colombia, while “Jardín de bronce” will mark the return to local production in Argentina.
