Claro Video in Argentina offers a one-year free trial for new users

 

According to what NexTV News Latam could find out, telecommunications company Claro (America Movil) in Argentina provides a one-year free trial access to its Video On Demand (VOD) app Claro Video for new users of postpaid subscriptions.

 

Claro Video in Argentina had so far one-month free trials and then it has a price of USD 4.8 per month to access the main catalog from two devices simultaneously. It also has a selection of contents in Pay-Per-View (PPV) format of between USD 1.4 and USD 0.9, charged to the phone bill, with a 24-hour playback window for a single device.

 

The application is available for smartphones with iOS and Android operative systems, through the device and online video platform Apple TV, and for some Smart TVs of brands such as Samsung, Sony, LG and Hisense.

 

Claro Video was launched in 2013 and is currently available to telephone and/or Pay-TV and internet subscribers in 15 Latin American countries: Mexico (also open to non-customers), Brazil, Colombia, Chile, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Uruguay and Panama.
