The Venezuelan opposition leader Henrique Capriles launched a new OTT “Venezuela somos todos” (We are all Venezuela). The initiative took place after the sale of Globovisión and he expressed that “behind all those media purchases, what they seek is to make us invisible, they don’t want our voice to be heard”.
Followers will be able to watch the broadcast through the site www.capriles.tv on Tuesday from 11 to 12 in the morning. It will be an interactive channels where Capriles will answer questions that the audience makes on social networks on real time. The team is made up of journalists of “free media, the ones that have not allowed themselves to be censored”, according to the opposition leader.
Capriles said that “it is about multiplying our voice because it is very important that what we think is known, the path that we have to go through for this country to change”. In the broadcasts are discussed topics from what is going on in Venezuela that cannot be talked about in the media. He added that “the Internet will be used because of the difficulty to communicate with Venezuelans and to provide information of what is going on in real time”.
